Your hormones don’t operate on a 24-hour cycle — they operate on a 28-day rhythm. Every month, four distinct hormonal phases shape your energy, your strength, and your recovery in real, measurable ways. The highs, the lows, the days you feel unstoppable and the days everything feels heavy — it’s all part of your rhythm.

Every woman’s cycle is unique — it can range anywhere from 21 to 35 days and shift from month to month. But broadly, understanding the 28-day pattern is a great place to start.

On Aarambh, tracking your unique cycle is simplified so you can train more intuitively with your body — because when your training works with your cycle instead of ignoring it, everything clicks: better performance, faster recovery, and zero guilt on the days your body needs to slow down.
