A Letter From Our Founder
To you, whatever brought you here —
For years, I was told what every woman gets told — diet more, do more cardio, chase the quick fix. Nobody told me that strength training could be the key to healing myself from the inside out. That lifting weights could rebalance my hormones, rebuild my confidence, and completely change how I saw myself. I had to find that out on my own.
I started in 2019, deep in the thick of PCOS. The exhaustion, the mood swings, the weight gain — it quietly robbed me of feeling confident in my own skin. But week by week, as I lifted weights, something shifted. My hormones began to rebalance. My stamina came back. And for the first time in a long time, I felt in control — of my body, my mind, and myself.
I didn’t just become stronger. I became a better version of myself.

How we do it differently ?
After five years of training, I kept coming back to the same feeling — that the fitness world had been built around someone else entirely. I remember standing at the edge of the weights section, convinced I didn’t belong there.
Nobody told me my cycle was affecting my performance — that my best weeks and my broken weeks were both completely normal and had nothing to do with motivation. Nobody talked honestly about food either. Just less, less, less. As though shrinking was always the goal.
I was tired of figuring it out alone. Of feeling like an alien in spaces that were supposed to make me feel strong.
That loneliness — of wanting to be stronger but not knowing where to start, not feeling welcome when you get there — that’s what I built Aarambh for.
What Aarambh is.
Not just an app. An ecosystem built on one belief — that when women are given the right knowledge, the right structure, and a community that truly has their back, they don’t just get fit. They transform. Quietly, sustainably, and entirely on their own terms.
Whether you’re picking up a dumbbell for the first time or finally looking for something that makes sense — this is where it begins.
Because strength isn’t just something you build in the gym. It’s something you carry everywhere.
This is your Aarambh. Your beginning.
With love and strength,
Srinidhi Reddy

A Note From Our Co-Founder

To every woman who finds her way here —
I’ve witnessed my friend Srinidhi’s journey unfold over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand what strength training can do — not just externally, but energetically.
The transformation wasn’t dramatic overnight. It was steady. Quiet. But undeniable.
I joined Aarambh because I believe every woman deserves access to that kind of transformation — the kind that stays with you.
The women in my life — my family, my friends — deserve that. And so do you.
We’ve built this with intention. And we’re genuinely excited for you to begin your journey with us.
With excitement and care,
Yesho
