AARAMBH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aarambh mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service includes:

Workout tracking features
Pre-recorded workout videos
Indian recipes and meal plans
Fitness articles and content
Any other features provided through the Aarambh application

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Service.

DEFINITIONS

“Account” – Your registered user account with Aarambh
“Aarambh App” – The mobile application owned and operated by Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP
“Content” – Any data, text, files, information, images, videos, workout routines, recipes, articles, and other materials
“User Content” – Content that you submit, post, or upload to the Service
“Company Content” – Content owned or licensed by Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP
“Service” – The Aarambh application and all related services provided by the Company

SUBSCRIPTION AND PRICING

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

Monthly Subscription: ₹ 1499
Quarterly Subscription: ₹ 3599
Annual Subscription: ₹ 8999

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment provider
We do not store your payment card details
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period of 7 days
The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
Only one free trial per user
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges
Access continues until the end of your paid period

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Unused subscription periods
Inability to use the app due to personal circumstances
Change of mind after purchase

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Technical issues preventing app usage
Billing errors
Duplicate charges

All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the charge.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days’ notice
Price changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing

USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
Users between 16-18 require parental consent
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You may not share your account with others
One account per person only
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for:

Personal fitness and wellness purposes
Following workout routines and meal plans
Tracking your fitness progress
Accessing educational content

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
Use the Service commercially without permission
Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our staff
Share copyrighted workout videos or content outside the app

Content Standards

Any content you submit must:

Be accurate and truthful
Comply with Indian laws
Respect others’ privacy and rights
Not contain offensive, defamatory, or harmful material
Not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMERS

General Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Aarambh app is designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only. All content is for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.

Medical Consultation Required

Before starting any fitness program:

Consult your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions
Obtain medical clearance if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint problems, or other health concerns
Pregnant women must obtain doctor’s approval before using workout programs

Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge:

Physical exercise involves inherent risks
You participate in workouts at your own risk
You are solely responsible for any injuries that may occur
You should stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Our content creators may not hold medical qualifications
Nutritional information is for general guidance only
Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

Nutritional Information

Recipe nutritional data is sourced from Indian Food Composition Tables, USDA database
Nutritional values are approximate and may vary
Consider your dietary restrictions and allergies
Consult a nutritionist for personalized dietary advice

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Company Content

All Company Content is owned by Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP
Company Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Company Content
You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

User Content License

By submitting User Content, you grant us:

A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
The right to display, modify, and distribute your content within the Service
The right to use your content for promotional purposes (with your consent)

User Representations

You represent that:

You own or have rights to any content you submit
Your content does not violate third-party rights
You have authority to grant the licenses described above

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INJURIES, HEALTH ISSUES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit to the Service

TERMINATION

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Cancelling your subscription through the app
Contacting our support team
Following the account deletion process in the app

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in prohibited activities
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease
Your account data may be deleted
Outstanding fees remain due
Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

We will post the updated Terms in the app
We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings:

You agree to first contact us to resolve disputes informally
We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations
If resolution is not possible, disputes may be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or other unforeseeable events.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reign Active Fitness Solutions LLP regarding the Service.
